Our political system is nothing more , than a Feudal system by another name . What we call President , another country calls King . It is all the same . It was not always that way . But , since our country cares not for what the old documents ( the Constitution ) say . We have gone backwards , and allowed our political leaders to do what ever they please . Maybe we will have to do it all over again . To set it right . Ben Franklin said it best . When asked what have you given us , he responded . " A Republic ; if you can keep it " . Tell me about it. I just watched the overview of the Citizens' argument against this President completely eliminating the right to any form of due process in the 'Guantanamo' cases in two weeks. Such a state has not been part of this Country since the 'Alien Sedition Act' of John Adams. It's just reprehensible to think that IF the Supreme Court - the same body that validated his theft of our Presidential election in 2000 - doesn't agree, then our right of habeas corpus and intrinsic freedoms, as embodied in the founding document of this Country, are gone.

We have failed Franklin and our founders efforts in our behalf, and now must surrender 'life' for 'existence' in another truth - "Every Nation[People] has the government it deserves."
