In my daily activity , I encounter many Youth(s) . What I see in most of them ; is depressing . With mostly Black Youths making up the depressing situation . Most of them do not know or do not care to interact with the public in an appropriate manner . They can't carry on a conversation , are not polite , and seem to have poor social skills needed to know how to interact with folks . I have seen this in White youth also . But not to the alarming degree it is with Black you...
